PRE-ORDERS
For all pre-orders item, shipping will not be included until the item is released in order to provide the accurate shipping cost for customers.
In order to provide the best preorder experience to customers. For Hottoys collectibles, we offer two kinds of batches, which is Hottoys SECRET BASE DAY EXCLUSIVE Batches and Hottoys SECRET BASE NORMAL BATCHES, both are orders from HOTTOYS SECRET BASE which is much faster than so called Dealer Batches provided by other website.
EXCLUSIVE BATCHES means first release batches , customers will be able to get their orders as long as the items are released.
NORMAL batches means normal release batches, all orders will be released within 2 months after the EXCLUSIVE BATCHES
Please be noted that Preorders deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE
Customs
In order to minimise customers' costs, we mark all our itmes in $20 USD to pass customs on default. Please be noted that this does not mean there will be 100% no tax becuase there is still random tax control. We are not responsible to any tax affairs.
Estimated Delivery Time
Normally it takes 7-21 days via Hong Kong Post Registered Airmail / eExpress / Air Parcel, or 3-7 days via Hong Kong Post EMS Speedpost. Delay could be caused by customs clearance, bad weather, or seasonal factors.
Cancellation and Return
We offer order cancellation and return for INSTOCK ITEM only. You could contact us to cancel your order as soon as possible before we ship your item. For any cancellation, we will charge you 10% of the amount as a handling fee.
